Marc Jacobs’ latest miracle: AP invoice automation

With four collections per year the number of business partners – photographers, bloggers, models, material suppliers – changes almost constantly. Such agility creates challenges for financial and business operations, when it comes to paying invoices efficiently and accurately.

It was clear something needed to be done. The CIO tasked his team to find the best cloud-based AP invoice automation solution for their retail AX environment. 1. Cloud-based solution

After a code-review of our standard AX integration package, MediusFlow was plugged-in to Marc Jacobs’ ERP during the first day onsite, and test invoices were processed from end-to-end the following day.

3. User adoption and acceptance

Marc Jacobs managed to roll out MediusFlow to all departments within the US organization in just 2 months. The project team credits MediusFlow’s intuitive interface with AP staff and approvers getting up to speed after a short introduction training video. The mobile web-app for approval of invoices has revolutionized the CIO’s morning commute – getting 10 invoices approved on the train while enjoying his coffee.
