1. Flag and prioritize critical suppliers and invoices

You may need to reprioritize your cash output in certain circumstances while ensuring your key suppliers are paid. We’ve put together a DIY script and video to show you how to flag critical suppliers and determine committed spend. You can complete this on your own today using these tutorials. 2. Get better cash flow insight with included reporting gadgets

We just want to remind you, MediusFlow contains pre-built views of your invoice data allowing you to understand your overall cash position and take immediate action.

These reporting gadgets, available today in MediusFlow, include:

  • Top 20 Suppliers by Spend – Quickly identify key suppliers
  • Open Invoices – Sort by amount to immediately identify large output of cash
  • Temporary Delegations – Reacting to change may require you to transfer work quickly, you can move large groups of invoices to another team member to easily adjust workloads

3. Free access to CFO dashboard

Last year we built and released the CFO dashboard feature in order to provide instant visibility into your current liabilities This feature has previously been limited to customers on our Enterprise edition. From now until the end of 2020, we are providing free access to the CFO dashboard to all our MediusFlow customers. Complete details of how to configure are available here. This includes:

  • Cash flow impact from supplier invoices, for real-time and trend analysis
  • Current unpaid invoice amount as a 12-month trendline or in relation to total spend per month
  • Days payable outstanding (DPO), for real-time and trend analysis
