Medius is a leading provider of AP invoice automation solutions in Cloud. Our solutions, MediusFlow and Ascendo Invoice, help companies across the globe simplify and automate their AP invoice management process, freeing up time and precious brainpower.

MediusFlow is a cloud-based cloud solution offered to large and mid-sized companies on a global basis. We provide our customers with standard integrations to the leading ERPs, flexible configuration to match their current business processes and global support for any issues that might occur.

Ascendo Invoice is a plug-and-play invoice automation solution for small to mid-sized companies currently only offered in Sweden. Ascendo Invoice has been awarded “best customer satisfaction rate” 7 years in a row.

Who we are

Medius was founded in 2001 and is owned by the global investment firm Marlin Equity Partners. It has over 220 employees working from offices in Sweden (5 offices including HQ), the United States, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland and Malaysia. The company has over 2,000 customers worldwide processing in excess of 52 million invoices annually, with a high density in the retail and manufacturing sectors.

Where we’re heading

Our vision is to be No.1 in cloud-based AP invoice automation and to be the true AP invoice automation experts. How do we get there? Most importantly by continuing to drive product innovations that enable further process automation for our customers. Our focus on delivery excellence in all customer projects is a crucial part of this strategy – the faster customers start using our solution, the happier they’ll be!

Our proprietary benchmark data, based on aggregated real time user data from our cloud solutions, show that our customers in average achieve 69% fully automated – touchless – invoice processing, with best-in-class companies hitting well over 90%. Even though these results are well above industry averages, we’re not going to be satisfied with that and become a lazy cat. We always look forward, focusing on how we can improve our solutions and delivery to our customers. That is just one reason why we constantly hit high rates in customer satisfaction surveys.
