MediusFlow and Microsoft Dynamics AX were the key components when Brio decided to consolidate its financial administration. To be able to expand the business and, at the same time, have full control over its monthly accounts, save money and increase efficiency, Brio decided to set up a Shared Service Centre.
When Brio decided to streamline their accounts payables function, they had problems with getting invoices paid on time, and handling the monthly accounts was a struggle.
“We had several different small departments in quite a few countries that more or less all ran their own race – it was practically impossible to keep proper control of so many different units”, explains Efva Smårs, Chief Accountant at Brio. She continues: “now we have an integrated finance department with total control and much less time spent on invoice processing in the organization. So, in overall terms, great savings have been made thanks to MediusFlow.”
