Research & Development

Our products are at the core of our business. And it’s our powerhouse R&D team that makes sure we’re at the frontline of high-performance cloud solutions for AP invoice automation. With teams in Sweden and Poland, our focus is international as we interact with people in Medius markets worldwide.

Medius is a high-intensity company with an inherent sales drive. Our Sales & Marketing teams coordinate locally and globally for new customer acquisition, existing customer sales and managing partners — working end-to-end with sales cases in our various markets.

Support & Customer Service

That voice that always has the answer. That smile you can actually hear through the phone. It probably belongs to someone at our Global Service Center, our Support & Customer Service organization. Throughout the customer experience, where every interaction counts, the Service Center team is the customer’s main speaking partner. Our teams in Linköping, Sweden and Krakow, Poland provide global support, interacting with the whole Medius organization to improve the customer experience.

Student & Thesis → Student, thesis and internships

At Medius, we’re young at heart. We value fresh perspectives. Many of us started our careers at Medius after doing our thesis or internship here. So we know the advantages of working with young people — both for the company and the student. We take in students in all markets when the right assignment and the right individual present themselves. In Krakow, for example, our intern program welcomes four interns every summer and winter.
